Increasing Awareness from the Inside-Out

Psychospiritual counseling is a holistic form of therapy that honors both your psychological well-being and your inner spiritual life. It integrates modern trauma-informed psychotherapy with mindfulness, depth psychology, and ancient wisdom to support healing at every level of your being ~ body, mind, and spirit.

My work is especially centered on supporting women and nonbinary folks socialized as female who are navigating trauma, stress, distress, life transitions, identity questions, or the quiet ache of disconnection from themselves. Many of the people I work with are highly sensitive, intuitive, or spiritually inclined, yet also struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, or burnout. You may feel “functional” on the outside, yet exhausted or lost on the inside. Therapy can be a place where your whole self is finally welcome.
Psychospiritual therapy goes beyond talk alone. Alongside relational depth work, we may gently engage mindfulness, somatic awareness, nervous-system regulation, shadow work, and inner parts work. These approaches help you build safety in your body, release stored trauma, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with your inner world. Over time, many clients experience not only emotional relief, but a renewed sense of meaning, self-trust, and spiritual connection.

I believe healing happens best in a space of authenticity, safety, and deep respect for your lived experience. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it is about helping you remember who you are beneath the protective, habitual patterns that once kept you safe, but no longer serve you. Together, we work at your pace, guided by your nervous system and your inner wisdom toward awakening from the trance of your conditioned self.
